Michels Bread Pudding

    Ingredients:

    • ½
      sugar
    • 1
      baking powder
    • 1

      egg
    • 1
      flour
    • apricot jam
    • 1
      baking soda
    • 1
      pinch of salt
    • 1
      sugar
    • 1
      milk
    • ½
      water
    • ½
      butter
    • 1
      vanilla
    • 1
      pinch of salt

    Instructions:

    Cake recipe

    Mix egg and sugar. Add apricot jam. Add dry ingredients and milk. Cook at 350 for 45 minutes. It should get really hard and crusty, almost like it’s burning a little.

    Glaze recipe

    Warm on stovetop, once combined pour over cake (after it’s out of the oven). Then put cake back in oven for 15 minutes.
